Gardening with Skip is a weekly news segment provided free of charge by Texas Cooperative Extension, a state agency affiliated with Texas A&M. No hidden agenda here; our only goal is to give your viewers practical gardening advice from a seasoned professional.

Skip Richter is our gardening guy. For over 15 years he’s helped keep thumbs green on everything from lawn care to landscaping. Now he’s offering to branch out to your station!

Skip is a county Extension agent with on-camera experience in the Austin market. His friendly, easy going manner makes him a natural for your morning, noon, 5 o’clock or weekend shows. Each segment runs approximately 90 seconds.
